Waitlist and contact information: email address when you join our waitlist. No other personal data is collected at the waitlist stage.

Software users, upon subscription: email address, payment information processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record, license activation data and hardware fingerprint for license validation only, and software usage logs for debugging purposes.

Technical data automatically collected: IP address anonymised after 24 hours, browser type and version, operating system, pages visited and time spent.

We use your information to send you waitlist and product updates with your consent, manage your software license, provide customer support, improve the Software, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your data to third parties, use your data for advertising, share your data with exchanges or brokers, or access your trading data or API keys.

We process your data on the following legal bases: consent for marketing emails, contract to provide the Software service, and legitimate interests for fraud prevention and software improvement.

Waitlist emails are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

Customer data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 3 years.

License data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 1 year.
